Meine Innere Ausbildung absolvierte ich im St\u00e4dtischen Krankenhaus M\u00fcnchen Schwabing.<br \/>\nDanach war ich als Assistent in der Chirurgie im Kreiskrankenhaus Memmingen und in der Inneren Abteilung im Krankenhaus in Treuchtlingen t\u00e4tig, bevor ich meine klinische Ausbildung am VKH Bad T\u00f6lz abschloss.<br \/>\nBevor ich als Weiterbildungsassistent bei meinem Vater, Dr.med. Hellmut D\u00f6rfler, meine Ausbildung zum Facharzt f\u00fcr Allgemeinmedizin beendete, war ich noch in Bad T\u00f6lz \/ Dermatologie und ebenfalls in Bad T\u00f6lz \/ P\u00e4diatrie, sowie im St\u00e4dtischen Krankenhaus in Limburg an der Lahn\/ Gyn\u00e4kologie t\u00e4tig.<br \/>\nNach Weiterbildungen darf ich neben der Anerkennung als Sportmediziner auch die Zusatzbezeichnung als Balneologe f\u00fchren.<br \/>\nFerner habe ich die Erm\u00e4chtigung verschiedene Arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, wie<br \/>\nG 26 und G 42
